Practice is once a week - LOCATION -Hope View Elementary- on Wednesdays - TIME 5:30pm - 6:30pm 

We prefer to have closed practices so our cheerleaders can focus all their attention on learning. This also gives them the space and opportunity to be independent and make new friends. Please be prepared to drop your cheerleader off at the start of practice and pick her back up at the end (parents are more than welcome to wait at the benches just outside our practice area).

Some Rules for Practices: 

• Wear comfortable clothes that you can move easily in (T-shirt, Shorts/Sweats, tennis shoes)
• Hair pulled back and out of your face (ponytail if possible)
• Bring Water
• Ready to have fun!

FALL & SPRING SEASON games are at Marina High School
We cheer Friday nights at 5:00pm games ONLY. Games usually run an hour long. We cheer as long as the boys play!

SOME TIPS TO REMEMBER: 

**Show up 30 minutes before game time.  Make sure you give yourself enough time for parking - it can get insanely crowded! 

**Make sure cheerleaders have something to eat before they come.  They are not allowed to eat while they are cheering. Only water breaks are allowed.

**Cheerleaders will be standing/cheering during the whole game. Please give the team ample space to cheer and do not allow them to sit with you during the game.
