SUMMER SEASON FAQ'S

Same FNL fun with an easy light commitment. 

Practice before games on Fridays. 

Form your own team or you will be assigned.

Both boys and girls divisions offered.

When does registration open?

March 15th through May 1st

When does the season start?

You will play 4 regular season games and playoffs.  Starting June 20th and finishing July 25th. No games on July 4th.

Where are the games?

Games are at Marina High School.

Where and what time will practice be?

Practices will only be held before games. Practice will be minimal

What equipment do I need?

Cleats, mouth guards, black shorts with no pockets or stripes on the side.

How can I volunteer to coach?

Send an email to JBHBFNL@GMAIL.COM with the subject “Summer League Head coach.” Indicate what grade your player is in when you volunteer.  You can also request to be a head coach during the online registration.

How many players per team?

Each team will consist of 8 players minimum with 9 players maximum.

Can my child play on multiple teams?

No. Each player is allowed to only play on one team. Since every season there is a waitlist, we want to allow for as many kids as possible to play.

Can I request a friend? 

We try our best to honor requests, however, this is not a guarantee that this request can be granted. Groups of 3 or more friends will not be placed on the same team unless a parent is willing to be the head coach. 

How much does it cost?

$190  NO SPONSOR FEES

Can I get a refund?

Deadline for refund is May 1.  You must submit request in writing via e mail to JBHBFNL@gmail.com

Is the uniform provided?

Jerseys and flags are included. 

Does FNL have extra jerseys on hand?

Unfortunately we do not have extra jerseys on hand. 

Are there playoffs? 
Yes, all divisions (except Kindergarten) have playoffs.

When will I hear from my coach?

You will hear from your coach/ practices start mid May

How do I sign up?

Who receives medals/trophies?

Regular Season:

Kinder gets participation Medals

Playoffs:

1st place winners receive rings.

Runners-up receive  medals.

Can my child play if he gets injured and is wearing a cast?

No. 

Are dogs allowed on the fields at the games?

For the safety of others, DOGS ARE STRICTLY PROHIBITED per school district policy.
